Prohibited Items
For the safety of all fans, the following items are prohibited at the Indoor Athletic Complex:• Bags larger than 5.5" x 8.5" x 2"
• Outside food and drink (sealed or unsealed)
• Aerosol and spray cans
• Weapons
• Animals
• Alcoholic beverages
• Coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks
• Water bottles
• Artifical noisemakers
• Smoking in the venue

Central Michigan has one of the finest indoor facilities in the Midwest in the Jack Skoog Indoor Track.
The facility has a 200-meter track that features six running lanes, an elevated pole vault runway, and dual pole vault and long jump/triple jump runways. The track, which hosted the 2005 and 2010 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, has bleachers to seat up to 650 fans.
During the outdoor season, the Chippewas practice at the Lyle Bennett Outdoor Track, which is a 400-meter track featuring eight running lanes with nine sprinting lanes, dual runways, three pits for long jump/triple jump and pole vault, two shot put rings, three javelin runways, and an oversized high jump apron.
The Indoor Athletic Complex houses the turf bay, Dick Enberg Academic Center, team meeting room and weight room. The academic center allows student-athletes to have access to over 25 student tutors and mentors. There also is a computer lab with 31 work stations, five tutor rooms, a quiet study room that is monitored at all times and the offices of the full-time academic staff.
