MENTAL WELLNESS AND PERFORMANCE PSYCHOLOGY
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, evidence‑based support that enhances mental wellness, addresses clinical mental health concerns, and optimizes performance for student‑athletes at Central Michigan University. We strive to strengthen the psychological, emotional, physical, and social well‑being of student‑athletes so they can thrive throughout their collegiate experience and beyond.
Our goal is to provide clear pathways to care, reduce barriers to support, and ensure every student-athlete knows where to go based on their needs.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
That’s okay, many students aren’t. You can reach out to any member of the CMU Peak Performance Team, an athletic trainer, coach, or staff member for help determining the best next step. We’ll work with you to find the right support.
You don’t have to do this alone. Support is here when you need it, and reaching out is always okay.
