Aaron Simpson joined coach Jordan Bischel’s Central Michigan baseball staff as the director of player development in August, 2021.
A native of Orange, Calif., Simpson is the brother of CMU shortstop Justin Simpson.
Aaron Simpson was a three-year starter at Ball State. As the Cardinals’ everyday centerfielder from 2019-21, he hit .282 with 11 home runs, 78 RBI, 88 runs and 26 stolen bases in 129 career games.
