High School: Personal records: 100m (13.72), 200m (26.88), 400m (1:00.49), long jump (4.75m) … earned all-conference accolades for track in 2023 … individually qualified for the Michigan Interscholastic Track Coaches Association (MITCA) Team State Championship in 2023, placed 5^th in the 400m (1:01.66) and 6^th in the 4x100 (50.91).

Personal: Daughter of Sara and Luke Winstrom … has three younger sisters: Haylee, Laney and Grace … dad Luke played football for Grand Valley State (1999-2003) … Fun fact: “I love cities and have traveled to a bunch of them, but my favorite is NYC!”

Why CMU?: “I had already decided I wanted to come to CMU before committing to the track team. I had a tour in fall 2022, I absolutely loved the campus and knew I wanted to go there. When track season came I started to get attention from other schools, but I still knew I wanted to go to Central. Coach reached out to me and offered me a spot on the team, and now I get to attend my favorite college and run track!”
