2023 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets and participated in the 800, 1500, 5000, and 4x400 Relay… posted a personal record 2:18.21 in the 800 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (April 21) placing sixth overall… ran a career best in the 1500 with a time of 3:39.64 at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (April 29) finishing in 14th place… ran the 5000 in a personal record time of 17:05.44 at the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13-15) coming in at 14th overall… finished the 4x400 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (April 21) in 4:14.79 placing sixth.
2022-23 (Indoor): Participated in five meets running the 800, Mile, 3000, and 5000… finished the 800 at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 21) in 2:25.23 placing sixth overall… set a personal record in the Mile at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11) with a time of 5:07.19 landing in 11th place… ran the 2023 Meyo Invitational (Feb. 3-4) with a personal record time of 10:06.26 finishing in 19th place… earned All-MAC Academic Honors.
2022 (Cross Country): Ran in six meets competing in both the 5k and 6k… finished the Jeff Drenth Memorial (Sept. 2) (5k) in a personal record time of 18:27.8 landing in fifth place… set a personal record in the 6k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30) posting a time of 21:32.7 and finishing in 206th… earned All-MAC Academic Honors.
2022 (Outdoor): Participated in six meets competing in the 800, 1500, 5000, and 3000 Steeplechase… finished the 800 at the Spartan Invite (April 1-2) in 22:25.49 placing 20th overall… ran a 4:45.02 at the 1500 during the Len Paddock Open (May 7) coming in at 16th place… placed 28th at the Duke Invitational (April 7-9) 5000 posting a time of 17:37.40… set a personal record in the 3000 Steeplechase at the 2022 Indiana Invitational with a time of 11:46.94 landing in ninth place… earned All-MAC Academic Honors.
2021-22 (Indoor): Participated in seven meets running the 600, 800, Mile, 3000, and Distance Medley Relay… set a personal record in the 600 with a time of 1:45.92 at the Jack Skoog Open landing in fifth place… finished the 800 at the Central Michigan Invitational (Jan. 14) with a time of 2:26.05 placing eighth… ran the Mile at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 29) in 5:11.24 finishing in fourth place… finished the 3000 in 10:18.22 at the GVSU Big Meet (Sept. 12) placing tenth… posted a 12:22.16 during the Distance Medley Relay at the Mid-American Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25-26) coming across the line in eighth place)… earned All-MAC Academic Honors.
2021 (Cross Country): Ran in three meets and competed in the 5k and 6k… finished the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 1) (5k) in 18:52.3 placing 88th… finished the 6k at the MSU Spartan Invitational (Sept. 17) in 23:46.3 coming in at 70th place.. earned All-MAC Academic Honors.
2021 (Outdoor): Finished third with a personal-record 12:06.26 in the 3000 steeplechase at the Notre Dame Bob Harris (May 1) … recorded a personal best of 4:51.89 in the 1500 at the Louisville Clark Wood Inv. (April 23-24).
2020-21 (Indoor): Set a personal record in the 800, finishing in 2:24.13, in the 800 at the CMU Jack Skoog Inv. (Feb. 6) … recorded a personal best in the mile, finishing in 5:24.82, at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 23) … placed fourth in the 800 and was sixth in the mile during a dual with Western Michigan (Jan. 16).
2020 (Cross Country): Finished 91st in a career-best 6K time of 23:55.9 at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Nov. 21) … placed 73rd (6K 24:40.2) at the Bowling Green State Falcon Invitational (Nov. 7) … placed 21st (5K 19:30.7) at the CMU Jeff Drenth Memorial.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field ...
