2022-23 (Indoor): Participated in three meets running the 600, 800, 4x400, and Distance Medley Relay ... ran a personal best 1:44.63 in the 600 at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 21) and placed fifth ... ran a 2:28.53 in the 800 at the SVSU- Jet’s Pizza Invitational (Jan. 27-28) placing 29th ... finished in second place with a time of 4:08.28 in the 4x400 at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 21) ... participated in the Distance Medley Relay at the SVSU Jet’s Pizza Invitational (Jan. 27-28) running a 12:53.94 and placed fourth.
2022 (Cross Country): Competed in the Eastern Michigan Fall Classic (Aug. 21), finished 36th.
2021-22 (at Grand Valley): Placed second in the 800m at the GVSU Tune Up with a time of 2:17.70 … took third in the 400m at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic with a time of 1:01.09.
High School: Personal Records: 400m (58.8), 800m (2:15.1), 1600 (5:20), 5k (19:01) … earned all-conference accolades in the 200m, 400m, 800m and 4x400m events in 2019 … placed third in the 800m event in the Michigan High School Athletic Association Track and Field Championships in 2021 … 4x400 relay team won MHSAA state title in 2021, 4x800 team in 2019.
Personal: Daughter of Amy White and Bob Gouin … has a younger sister, Lily … aspires to pursue a public relations career in the sports industry … enjoys reading, going to concerts, thrift shopping and going to the gym.
