2023 (Outdoor): Ran the 100m in three meets … placed 12th in 100m at Oakland’s Golden Grizzly T&F Invite (April 8) with a time of 12.54.
2022-23 (Indoor): Ran the 60m in six meets … ran the 60m in 7.78 at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Feb. 24-25).
2022 (Outdoor): Did not compete.
2021-22 (Indoor): Did not compete.
2021 (Outdoor): Placed fifth in the 100 at the Louisville Clark Wood Inv. (April 23-24) after setting a personal record (12.03) in a preliminary race … placed fifth in the 4x100 relay at the Mid-American Conference Championships (May 7-8) … placed fifth in the 100 in the Indiana State Gibson Inv. (April 16-17) … won the 4x100 at the Louisville Inv. (April 2-3).
2020-21 (Indoor): Finished eighth in the 60 at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Feb. 26-27) after setting a personal best of 7.59 in a preliminary race … also set a personal record of 25.39 in the 200 at the MAC Championships … placed sixth in the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12) … won the 60 and placed fourth in the 200 at the CMU Jack Skoog Inv. (Feb. 6) … finished fourth in the 60 at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 23) … finished second in the 60 in a dual with Western Michigan (Jan. 16).
High School: Four-year letterwinner in track & field ... holds school records in 4x200 and 4x100 relays ... named school's Most Valuable Female Athlete ... named track & field Laker of the Year ... trained with Elite Performance XL under coach Tyrone Logan.
Personal: Daughter of Nikai and Antonio Rush … has an older sister, Kaiyah, and a younger brother, Vincent … dad Antonio played football at Grand Valley from 1996-2000 … aspires to become a health administrator … Fun fact: A hidden talent I have is my mathematical ability! I also love doing hair for myself and others.
