2023 (Outdoor) (at Oakland): Competed in five meets … was undefeated in the 400 hurdles, set a personal best time of 1:00.17 to win the event at Oakland Last Chance (May 11) … won both 400 hurdles and 4x400 events at the Horizon League Championships (May 5-7).
2022-23 (Indoor) (at Oakland): Competed in eight meets … opened the indoor season with a 600m personal record of 1:36.29 at the SVSU Holiday Open and Multis (Dec 2-3) to win the event … won the SVSU Classic (Jan. 13) 600m event … ran the 400m in a personal record time of 56.63 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10).
2022 (Outdoor) (at Oakland): Competed at six meets in the 400 hurdles, 4x400 and 200m events … took first in the 400 hurdles at the 2022 Colonial Relays (March 31-April 2) … won the 400 hurdles at three different meets through the season … took second at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 6-8) in the 400 hurdle and 4x400 events … took second in the 400 hurdle event at the Oakland Last Chance (May 12).
2021-22 (Indoor) (at Oakland): Competed at seven meets in the 200m, 400, 4x400, and distance medley relay … won the 4x400 event in the SVSU Holiday Open and Multis (Dec. 3-4) … won the 4x400 event at SVSU’s Jet’s Pizza Invitational (Jan 28-29), took fifth in the 200m, fourth in the 400m … won the 400m event at the SVSU Tune-Up (Feb. 18) … hit a personal record in the 200m preliminaries with a time of 24.98 at the Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 26-27).
2021 (Outdoor) (at Oakland): Competed at three meets … completed the 100 hurdles in a personal-record time of 16.04 for ninth place at the Elaine Leigh T&F Invite (April 24) … took second in the 400 hurdles in 1:05.83 at the Golden Grizzlies Mini Meet (April 30) … placed second in the 400 hurdles and third in the 4x400 at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 7-9) … won the 400 hurdles event at the Hillsdale Last-Chance Classic with a time of 1:02.04.
2020-21 (Indoor) (at Oakland): Placed fifth in the 4x400 , fifth in the 400m and fifth in the 4x400 at the Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships.
2020 (Outdoor) (at Oakland): Did not compete.
2019-20 (Indoor) (at Oakland): Competed at seven meets in the 60m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 4x400 and distance medley relay … set a personal record in the 60m (8.25) and 300m (42.02) … took first in the distance medley relay at the Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb 26-Mar 1) with a time of 12:09.11.
High School: Personal Records 200m (24.98), 400m hurdles (1:00.17), 400m (56.63), 600m (1:36.29) … named Provincial Champion for the 4x400 in 2019.
Personal: Daughter of Jennifer and Kevin Sabourin … has two older siblings, sister Sydney and brother Nate … grandfather is former NHL All-Star Gary Sabourin (active 1967-1977) … aspires to work in the criminal justice industry.
