Katrina Reeves joined the Central Michigan lacrosse program as a graduate assistant in August 2017 and was promoted to an assistant-coaching position prior to the 2019 season.

Reeves serves as the program’s goalies coach and as its defensive coordinator. In the abbreviated 2020 season, two of Reeves’ charges – goalie Hope Murray and defender Brianna Hart – each earned the Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Week Award. Murray’s honor came after she surrendered just one goal in a 14-2 victory over Butler.
A California native, Reeves was an All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation goalkeeper at San Diego State. She helped lead the Aztecs to the MPSF Tournament semifinals in 2017, earning a nod to the all-tournament team.
She finished as SDSU's leader in career saves and career ground balls, setting a then-program record with a .429 save percentage as a senior in 2017.
Reeves earned her bachelor's degree with a major child and family development and earned the Scholar-Athlete Award four times as a student-athlete at SDSU. She was also named to the Dean's List four times.
Her playing resumé includes membership on the Spanish National Women's Lacrosse Team. In 2015, she was named to the All-European Team after the ELF Women's Lacrosse European Championship.
In the summer of 2017, she competed for Spain in the World Cup in Surrey, England. Reeves has coached at both the high school and club levels and was a two-time U.S. Lacrosse High School All-American and a two-time U.S. Lacrosse High School Academic All-American.
