Riley Eaton joined Central Michigan Lacrosse to make her collegiate coaching debut and complete the inaugural coaching staff under Head Coach Joseph Manna in August 2026.

The Nesconset, N.Y.-native was a standout, three-year captain and a member of the first recruiting class for Fairleigh Dickinson Lacrosse from 2023-26. She was the first FDU player to record 100 career points, doing so before the end of her junior season. She graduated with 81 career goals, 62 assists, 57 ground balls and 32 caused turnovers for the Knights.

Eaton’s coaching career began with Surge Lacrosse of Holbrook, N.Y. in the summer of 2024. She has coached across multiple age groups within the club, working on offensive form and skills on top of fostering ethics of teamwork, sportsmanship and managing team logistics and communications.

As part of the foundation for FDU Lacrosse, Eaton had the unique opportunity to establish program values, traditions and standards to shape the culture of the young program. She also was active with her coaches in the recruiting process, working directly with prospects on visits and leading campus tours.

As a student, Eaton spent over two years working with the FDU Athletics Facilities and Operations staff, coordinating gameday and practice use of various venues that host Knights’ competition.
