Baseball's Game Versus Ball State Suspended

MUNCIE, Ind.--It will take a second day to finish the Central Michigan-Ball State elimination contest at the Mid-American Conference Baseball Championships.
The game was called after 3 1/2 innings due to darkness and will resume on Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. (EST).
Ball State leads the Chippewas by a 2-0 margin.
Eric Bava smashed a solo home run in the first inning and Matt Wood had an RBI single in the third to give the Cardinals the 2-0 advantage.
