MOUNT PLEASANT-The Central Michigan University volleyball team is ready to open another season in Rose Arena by hosting the Chippewa/Comfort Inn Classic. The Chippewas will host Wyoming, Marquette, and Cleveland State on August 30-31.

The tournament kicks off the 2002 volleyball season and runs in conjunction with the opening week of fall sports for CMU.

This is the first time the team is hosting a tournament under fifth-year head coach Elaine Piha.

Admission is free on both days.
