Erica Stahl joined Arielle Wilson’s Central Michigan volleyball coaching staff as an assistant in May 2025.
In Stahl’s first season on staff at Central Michigan, Natalia Rejment earned Second Team All-MAC honors under the guidance of Stahl.
The Chippewas recorded 232.0 blocks as a team in 2025 and in the first match of the 2025 season, Taylor Cripe recorded four service aces, setting the four-set match recorded for Central Michigan. Abby Olin finished her career with 253 blocks as a Chippewa – good for 6th best in program history. Olin, who set the single season solo block record in 2024, earned herself the 8th spot in the record book in 2025 with 21.
Stahl served in 2023-24 as an assistant at Amherst (Mass.) College and coached at the club and high school levels in and around Indianapolis from 2015-22.
In 2022-23, she served as a graduate assistant at Fort Valley (Ga.) State.
Stahl played collegiately from 2012-14 at Butler and professionally in Spain and in Switzerland. At Butler, Stahl was an American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Eastern Region honoree, All-America honorable mention, and All-Big East Conference accolades.
She remains among the top 10 in Bulldog history in blocks per set, total blocks, block assists, and hitting percentage.
Stahl holds two bachelors of arts degrees, one from Butler and the other from Indiana-Purdue-Indianapolis.
