Men's Cross Country Finishes 11th at Pre-Nationals

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Central Michigan University men's cross country team finished 11th at the NCAA Pre-National meet at Indiana State today.
The Chippewas were led by senior Tristen Perlberg who finished ninth in the 8k race with a time of 24:19.2. Following Perlberg were Jacob Flynn in 54th (24:48.8), Jacques Henning 87th (25:09.9), Dave Ernsberger 95th (25:12.4), Matt Loiselle 114th (25:22.6), Frank Therrian 130th (25:31.3) and Jacob Crowe 145th (25:42.2).
The Chippewas finished 11th out of 37 teams with 359 points. Colorado won the event with 63 points.
CMU will head to Toledo on Oct. 30 to compete at the MAC Championships.
