MAC Announces Men's Basketball Television Package

MOUNT PLEASANT At least 10 of Central Michigan University’s remaining men’s basketball games will televised this season, including nine of CMU’s 16 Mid-American Conference games.
A majority of the contests will air regionally on Comcast Local as part of the MAC’s television package. CMU will also have a nationally televised game against rival Western Michigan on ESPNU and its game at Michigan is being broadcast on the Big Ten Network.
Other networks airing Chippewa hoops this season are Fox Sports Ohio and the CMU Public Broadcasting Network.
In addition CMU could receive airtime as part of the ESPNU BracketBusters event or the MAC Tournament quarterfinals through finals.
Tipoff time for the Jan. 26 game against Akron has been moved to 2:30 p.m. to accommodate television.
