Recess with the Chippewas Visits Fancher Elementary School

MOUNT PLEASANT - Five members of Central Michigan's football program visited Fancher Elementary School in Mount Pleasant on Friday as part of the Recess with the Chippewas program.

Antrione Archer, Jason Chomic, Brett Hartmann, Sean Murnane and Jake Olson spent recess playing games and signing autographs for students at the elementary school. Click on the Photo Album link at the top of the page to view photos from the event.

Recess with the Chippewas sends members of the CMU football program to local schools each week to participate in recess with the students. It is part of the Central C.A.R.E. program that coordinates community service opportunities for CMU's student-athletes and coaches.
