Robbie Harman passed Ryan Jansen for 10th on the school’s career three-pointers made list. He now has 124 career three-pointers.
Antonio Weary passed the 100-point mark for the season after scoring 11 points against UT.
CMU out-scored Toledo 16-2 in the paint in the first half and 34-8 for the game.
Ryan Thomas recorded his first career start against UT.
UT outscored CMU 17-5 from the charity stripe.
After UT scored a three- pointer to open the game, the Chippewas went on a 16-0 run. It was their longest consecutive points scored streak of the season.
On senior night Marcus Van recorded his first double-double in Rose Arena. It was his fifth on the season and his sixth of his career.
The Chippewas snapped their 12 game losing streak against UT, which was the longest active drought against a MAC team.
CMU’s bench outscored Toledo’s 25-9.
The Chippewas have held 12 straight opponents under 70 points.
With the win over UT, CMU clinched a winning record at home for the sixth time in the last 10 years.
Marcus Van led all scorers with 16 points and brought down a game-high 13 rebounds.
