MOUNT PLEASANT -- The final regular season basketball game in the history of Rose Center will take place at noon on Saturday between Central Michigan and Western Michigan.
The game will be broadcast on Fox Sports Detroit and features a day filled with special events.
Senior Day will kick things off just before tip, as CMU Athletics honors the senior members of the 2009-10 men's basketball team. Robbie Harman, Jordan Bitzer, Chris Kellermann and Brandon Ford will all be recognized for their careers and accomplishments in the Maroon and Gold.
More than three decades of former Chippewas will also be in attendance for the contest, and will be recognized during the game.
CMU Athletics will also be holding special promotions throughout the day, including the grand prize giveaways for the Chip Rewards program, as well as the Sam's Club "Shoot to Win" grand prize, the Morning Sun "Dash for Cash", and several other great promotions throughout the contest.
