MOUNT PLEASANT -- Over the last three seasons, there have been epic battles between the Central Michigan men's basketball team and the Buffalo Bulls.

The next chapter in a story that has featured four meetings the past three years all decided by six points or fewer, including a double-overtime 100-96 thrilling Chippewa victory at Rose Center in 2008, tips off on Thursday at 7 p.m.

CMU enters the game having won six in a row at Rose Center, in large part thanks to the league's top defensive unit giving up just 58.6 points per MAC game. Central Michigan is 3-1 against Buffalo under fourth-year head coach Ernie Zeigler.

There will be live stats available, as well as a live audio stream of 95.3 WCFX-FM's local broadcast, to all fans. Live video of the contest will also be available to CMU Sports Zone subscribers.
