MAC Basketball Tournament Ticket Information

The MBB and WBB tournament runs from March 11-16.
The Central Michigan basketball programs are wrapping up successful regular seasons and preparing for the Mid-American Conference Tournament. Chippewa fans can be a part of the action by getting their tickets through Ticket Central.

The tournament starts with first round games on Monday, March 11. The women's tournament begins in Cleveland with the quarterfinals on Wednesday, March 13, while the men's quarterfinals are on Thursday. Both sets of semifinals are Friday with the finals on Saturday.

The top four seeds in each tournament get a first-round bye while the 5-8 seeds host a first-round game. The CMU women have locked up a first-round bye, while the men's team has earned at least a first-round home game and can still earn a bye.

The Chippewa women have two home games remaining. For tickets, purchase online, call 1-888-FIREUP-2 or visit Ticket Central.

If the CMU men's basketball team hosts a first-round game, CMU will be keeping season-ticket holder seat locations on hold for individuals to purchase.

Tickets must be ordered before 5 p.m. Monday, March 11.

These tickets will not be available for purchase online due to your tickets being kept on hold.

Tickets are regular prices – Premium - $20; CAF Reserved - $17; Reserved - $17 and GA - $15 for MBB games. Students are free. Any additional ticket needs can be handled online once they go on sale by clicking here.

Men's Basketball Quarterfinals-Finals
For men's basketball tournament games in Cleveland, general public tickets are $35 per game and student tickets are $16. Seating assignments will be made based on Chippewa Club membership level and time of purchase. Fans are not guaranteed the same seat for every game if CMU advances.

Once CMU secures a spot in the quarterfinals, tickets can be purchased online, by visiting Ticket Central during normal operating hours (10 a.m.-5 p.m.) or by calling 1-888-FIREUP-2. All ticket orders will be available for pick up at Quicken Loans Arena Will Call at the CMU table at the Cavs Media Entrance prior to the CMU game.

CMU fan gatherings in Cleveland
CMU basketball fans who head to the MAC Basketball Tournaments are invited to meet after games at The Clevelander Bar and Grill, located at 834 Huron Road in downtown Cleveland.
The Clevelander will serve as a gathering spot CMU fans throughout the tournament, and the schedule for CMU fan gatherings will be updated as the tournament proceeds. The restaurant is about a block away from Quicken Loans Arena.
