Rain Washes Out Baseball Series Finale

JACKSONVILLE, Ala. – The Central Michigan baseball team's game scheduled for today, Monday, at Jacksonville State has been cancelled because of rain.
The Chippewas took two of three games from the Gamecocks and stand 5-2 as they head to Tucson, Ariz. for four games this week with the Wildcats and Rhode Island.
CMU and Arizona are scheduled to play on Wednesday at 8 p.m. On Friday, Feb. 28, CMU and Rhode Island are scheduled to play at 3 p.m., and the Chippewas and Wildcats are set to meet at 8 p.m. CMU is slated to close its trip to Tucson on Saturday, Feb. 29 with a noon game against Rhode Island.
