Women’s Basketball hosts Bowling Green on Wednesday (7 p.m.), Lacrosse plays its first home game on Friday vs. Butler at 3 p.m.; Men’s Basketball hosts Northern Illinois on Saturday (2 p.m.).
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—Three Central Michigan sports host events on campus this week while eight Chippewas sports are in action.
Women's Basketball hosts Bowling Green on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. tipoff, Lacrosse plays its first home game on Friday afternoon vs. Butler at 3 p.m. at the CMU Soccer/Lacrosse Complex, and Men's Basketball hosts Northern Illinois on Saturday at 2 p.m.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
The Chippewas hit the road for a Tuesday game at Buffalo at 7 p.m., then return home to take on Northern Illinois on Saturday at 2 p.m. at McGuirk Arena.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Central Michigan hosts Bowling Green on Wednesday at 7 p.m., then hits the road for a 1 p.m. game at Northern Illinois.
GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics will get back into MAC competition on Sunday when it takes on Ball State in Muncie, Ind. (1 p.m.).
TRACK & FIELD
Central Michigan Track & Field will compete at the 2023 Mid-American Conference Indoor Championship on Friday and Saturday at Bowling Green. The event runs all day.
LACROSSE
Central Michigan hosts its first lacrosse matchup of the year when it plays Butler on Friday at the CMU Lacrosse Complex (3 p.m.). The Chippewas then travel south to play at Michigan on Sunday at 1 p.m.
SOFTBALL
Softball heads to Kentucky for five weekend games at the Western Kentucky Tournament at Bowling Green, Ky. The Chippewas will play doubleheaders on Friday and Saturday and one game on Sunday.
BASEBALL
After winning two out of three games in its season opening series at Baylor, Central Michigan remains in Texas to play five games at UT-Rio Grande Valley this week.
WOMEN'S GOLF
The Chippewas resume competition this weekend at the three-day, 54-hole Rio Verde Invitational, which is being hosted by Western Michigan at Rio Verde, Ariz.
