12 CMU Baseball Players on Academic All-MAC Team

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Twelve Central Michigan baseball players have been named Academic All-Mid-American Conference for the 2024 season.
The student-athletes with their year, major and grade point average: Jack Bach, sophomore, finance, 3.74; Jacob Brill, senior, entrepreneurship, 3.43; Nick Dardas, senior, general management, 3.78; Jacob Donahue, senior, finance, 3.38; Jared Hanson, redshirt freshman, exercise science, 3.76; Bryce Hellgeth, graduate student, masters of business administration, 3.59; Trey Miller, senior, computer science, 3.40; Cole Prout, sophomore, exercise science, 3.23; Ely Stuart, senior, sport management, 3.49; Evan Waters, sophomore, finance, 3.78; Bryson Webb, redshirt freshman, marketing, 3.84; Danny Wuestenfeld, senior, sport management, 3.20.
It marks the fourth consecutive year that Dardas has been named to the squad, and the third straight year that Donahue has been so honored.
To be eligible for Academic All-MAC honors, a student-athlete must have a 3.20 cumulative grade point average and have participated in 50 percent of a team's games in a given season. In the case of pitchers, they must have been a starter or participated as a reliever in a reasonable number of games.
First-year students and transfers in their first year of residence are ineligible.
