MACtion Game Against Buffalo on Wednesday Will Kick Off at 7 p.m. on CBS Sports Network

Sponsored by Army National Guard, the Community Night contest will be televised nationally on CBS Sports Network.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—Central Michigan's first MACtion weeknight football game on Wednesday, Nov. 12 against Buffalo will be nationally televised on CBS Sports Network with a 7 p.m. ET kickoff, the Mid-American Conference announced on Thursday morning. Sponsored by Army National Guard, the Community Night contest marks Central Michigan's sixth appearance on national television in 2025 with more to follow.
Buffalo enters the game in a four-way tie for first place in the MAC standings with a 4-1 record, while Central Michigan is in fifth place with a 3-2 record. Central Michigan is a perfect 3-0 at Kelly/Shorts Stadium this year, and has won seven of its last nine contests.
Buffalo (5-4, 4-1 MAC) and Central Michigan (5-4, 3-2 MAC) will meet in football for the 13th time with the Chippewas holding an 8-4 advantage in the series dating back to Oct. 9, 1999. Central Michigan has claimed three of the four matchups played in Mount Pleasant, including the last game, a 31-27 win over the Bulls on Nov. 9, 2022.
For Community Night, Central Michigan will host its first and only MACtion game of the 2025 season. Fans have been encouraged to submit nominations to recognize local community members for their efforts in supporting our CMU and Mount Pleasant communities. CMU will also host a Military Appreciation ticket promotion as $15 general admission tickets will be available for all active-duty military personnel and veterans with a valid military ID. The promotion is only available at the ticket booths on game day. CMU's student-athlete letterwinners will also be recognized. "Beat Buffalo" buttons will be distributed to fans.
Tickets are still available for Central Michigan's final two home games at this link or at Ticket Central, located in the atrium of the John G. Kulhavi Events Center on campus. Ticket office hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. The office may be contacted at (989) 774-3045.
