Nine CMU Softball Players Named Academic All-MAC

Nine players earn 2025 Academic All-MAC honors at the completion of the 2025 season.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – On Wednesday afternoon, the Mid-American Conference announced the Academic All-MAC selections for the 2025 season. The Chippewa Softball team holds nine spots on the achievement list.

To obtain the Academic All-MAC honors, a student athlete must appear in 50 percent of the teams competition and hold at least a 3.20 GPA.
As a team, CMU Softball posted a 3.59 GPA for the spring term, a 3.63 GPA for the 2024-25 academic year, had 22 student-athletes with a 3.0 GPA or higher, 18 with. 3.5 GPA or higher, and five student-athletes earend a 4.0 for the semester.
