
Men's Basketball Signs Two More Players for 2025-26

Central Michigan, Andy Bronkema adds two new players to 2025-26 roster: Keenan Garner and Nsikan Usen.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—Two more student-athletes—Keenan Garner and Nsikan Usen—have signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Central Michigan Men's Basketball program, Head Coach Andy Bronkema announced on Thursday.
Garner and Usen will join 11 other members of Central Michigan's incoming 2025 recruiting class. Both players will enroll at Central Michigan in June. Bronkema and staff have now brought in 13 players for the 2025-26 season.
"We are excited to welcome both Keenan and Nsikan to Central Michigan," Bronkema said. "The exciting part about both of these players is that they want to win, they heard about our vision, and were excited about it. As with all of our recruits, our staff did a great job identifying our type of players and getting them to campus."

As a freshman guard, appeared in all 32 games, making 14 starts ... Averaged 5.3 points and 4.8 rebounds per game while shooting 46.4 percent from the floor while playing 19.5 minutes per contest ... Scored in double-digits six times while grabbing double-figure rebounds three times ... Made his collegiate debut with a double-double of 11 points (4-8 FG, 3-5 FT) and 13 rebounds against IU Columbus on Nov. 4 in just 19 minutes ... Also notched a double-double with 12 points (5-7 FG, 2-2 FT) and 10 rebounds in the win over Trinity Christian on Nov. 30 ... Earned #HLMBB Freshman of the Week on Nov. 18 after averaging 11.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in contests against Goshen (Nov. 12) and Eastern Michigan (Nov. 14) ... Closed the year with a career-high 14 points (6-6 FG, 1-1 3's, 1-1 FT) and three steals in the Horizon League Tournament loss at Wright State (March 4) ...
