Kershaw logs seven saves; CMU Soccer host Bowling Green for first-ever home Saturday bout (Sept. 26)

YPSILANTI, Mich. — Central Michigan Soccer dropped its second Mid-American Conference battle Sunday afternoon, 3-0, at Eastern Michigan.

The Chippewas return to host Bowling Green (Sept. 26, 1 p.m. ET) for the program's first-ever Saturday home match.

Senior Jadia Kershaw (Lewis Center, Ohio / Olentangy Orange) tallied seven saves in the effort, her career-high in a conference match, second-most of her career (nine at Coastal Carolina, Aug. 23).

The contest unraveled for three second-half goals despite a scoreless halftime tally, both sides dead-even across the board statistically.

The lid-lifter came in the 61^st minute as a cross-pitch pass found an unmarked Eagle following a defensive crash in the 18'. The dagger was a 68^th minute penalty attempt.
