2023 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets, running the 3000-meter steeplechase four times … finished top-15 in three meets in the event, including seventh in the outdoor season-opener at Michigan State’s Spartan Invite (March 31) … posted season-best 11:26.75 in the steeple at the 2023 Mid-American Conference Championships in Akron (May 11-13).

2022-23 (Indoor): Competed in five meets, running either the Mile, 3000 or 5000 … helped the distance medley relay squad to 4^th in Saginaw Valley State’s Jet’s Pizza Invitational (Jan. 27-28) in 12:53.94 … finished seventh in the mile at CMU’s Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 21) … added a top-ten finish in the 3000 meters at Bowling Green’s Falcon Early Bird Open (Jan. 14) in 5:21.55.

2022 (Cross Country): Competed in the Mel Brodt Collegiate at Bowling Green (Sept. 16), finished the 6K event 21^st in 23:30.2.
