Chippewa Coaches and Staff play an instrumental role in maintaining a culture of compliance within our various sport programs. In an effort to, remain one of thirteen Division-I Institution's without a Major Violation on record; policies and procedures reinforcing compliance are continuously being integrated into the collective decision-making model. This approach allows coaches and staff to focus their attention on their core responsibilities and developing a culture of compliance along the way.

Nevertheless, CMU coaches and athletics staff members are tasked with the responsibility to remain knowledgeable and compliant with all institutional, MAC, and NCAA rules and regulations. To assist in this adherence, the various links within the Athletic Compliance website were developed to breakdown the complexity of these rules.
