2019 (Indoor): Placed 6th at Len Paddock Open (05/03/19) at the 800 (2:00.54) … finished 6th at the Jack Shaw Open (04/05/19) at the 800 (1:59.31) … placed 5th and set a personal best at the 600 (1:23.34) at GVSU Big Meet (02/08/19) … placed 2nd in the 4x400 (3:33.51) and 3rd in the 600 (1:27.52) at the Jack Skoog Open (01/11/19).

2018 (Outdoor Track & Field): Finished sixth in the Oakland Golden Grizzlies Invitational (4/13-14) in the 800 (2:05.04).

2018 (Indoor Track & Field): Placed ninth in the 800 (1:57.34) in the Saginaw Valley State Jet’s Pizza Invitational (1/26-27) … placed 12th in the mile (4:51.17) in the CMU Jack Skoog Invitational (1/12) … placed seventh in the 800 (1:57.53) in the Saginaw Valley State Holiday Open (12/1-2).

High School: Four-time Upper Peninsula (UP) Division III 3200 champion (2013-16) … three-time UP Division III 1600 champion (2014-16) … two-time UP Division 3 800 champion (2015-16) … earned All-State honors 11 times covering three events during four-year career … two-time track & field team MVP (2013 and 2016) … four-time track & field team captain (2013-16) … holds school record in 800 … earned four varsity letters in track & field and four in cross country.
