Her efforts contributed to a Horizon League Defensive Player of the Year and two all-conference selections in basketball, three NCAA qualifying divers, conference titles in both indoor and outdoor track & field led by the Horizon’s indoor Freshman of the Year and a new record for tournament wins in women’s golf.
After four years as a Spartan on the women’s basketball team in East Lansing, Hendrickson stuck around to be an intern and graduate assistant for Michigan State’s Sports Performance department, working with both basketball programs, earning a Big Ten Professional Internship in the process.
Hendrickson’s connection to the CMU Women’s Basketball coaching staff spans both of her stops professionally, into her playing days at Michigan State.
