Why CMU?: “Love that it’s a medium/big school, good population of students, big sports school and has the sport that I’m playing in college.”
Story Time: “[During her senior lacrosse season], I had a ton of teammates come up to me and tell me that I need to score 5 goals for this game. I didn’t know why but I went along with it. As the game went, ‘okay, I was able to score 5 goals.’ Everyone came up to me and started cheering and hugging me. Then I saw a poster in the crowd which said, ‘Congrats Katherine on scoring 120 career goals!’ I didn’t know I had scored that many goals in my career, but it was a pretty cool feeling! I still have the poster till this day.”
