2019 (Outdoor): Placed eighth and set a personal record with an 11:11.52 clocking in the 3000 steeplechase in the Hillsdale GINA Relays (4/25-27) … finished second in the 3000 steeplechase (11:12.55) at the Virginia Challenge (4/19-20) … placed ninth and set a personal record (7:15.06) in the 2000 steeplechase at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (3/22-23) … earned Academic All-MAC honors.

2019 (Indoor): Clocked a personal-best 10:12.03 in the 3000 meters at the GVSU Big Meet Invitational (2/8) … finished fifth in the mile (5:25.22) at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/15) … placed 10th in the mile (5:18.46) in the Eastern Michigan Can Am International (1/26) finished fifth in the 4x400 relay (4:30.76) and sixth in the mile (5:23.23) at the CMU Jack Skoog Open (1/11) … earned Academic All-MAC honors.
