2019 (Outdoor): Recorded personal best (48.33 meters) in the hammer throw at the Ohio State Jesse Owens Classic (4/26-27) … placed fourth in the hammer throw (47.79 meters) and set a personal best (37.13 meters) in the discus at the Western Michigan Jack Shaw Classic (4/5).

2019 (Indoor): Recorded a personal best in placing fifth in the weight throw (15.86 meters) at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/15) … placed seventh in the weight throw (14.42 meters) in the CMU Jack Skoog Open (1/11) … earned Academic All-MAC honors.
