(4/16-17) … placed fifth in the discus and sixth in the shot put at the Bob Harris Open (5/1).

2021 (Indoor): Placed fourth in the shot put at the CMU Jack Skoog Inv. (2/6).

2020 (Indoor): Placed eighth in the shot put with a career-best 14.47-meter toss at the Mid-American Conference Championships (2/28-29) in Akron, Ohio … finished seventh in the shot put (13.61 meters) at the Michigan Silverston Invitational (2/21) … placed third in the shot put (13.16 meters) at the CMU Jack Skoog Open (1/31) … finished second in the shot put (13.50 meters) in a dual meet at Akron (1/17) … placed eighth in the shot put (13.42 meters) at the GVSU Holiday Open (12/6) … earned Academic All-MAC honors.

2019 (Outdoor): Finished eighth in the discus (39.55 meters) at the Michigan Len Paddock Open (5/3) … placed third n the shot put (12.84 meters) and sixth with a personal-best 40.42-meter toss in the discus at the Western Michigan Jack Shaw Classic (4/5).

2019 (Indoor): Won the shot put (13.29 meters) at the SVSU Tune-Up (2/15) … placed ninth in the shot put (12.71 meters) at the Eastern Michigan Can Am International (1/26) … finished ninth in the shot put (13.14 meters) at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19) … placed second in the shot put (13.80 meters) in the CMU Jack Skoog Open (1/11).
