2017 (Outdoor Track & Field): Captured a first-place finish in the 400 meters with a time of 58.05 at the Charles A. Gray Invitational hosted by Alma College (4/01) … finished seventh in the 400m hurdles at the Oakland Golden Grizzly Invite in 1:06.84 (4/15) … ran the first leg of the 4x400m at the MAC Outdoor Championships to help the team finish fifth in 3:43
2017 (Indoor Track & Field): Participated in the 4x400-meter relay at the Eastern Michigan Triangular (1/28).
2016 (Outdoor Track & Field): Clocked a time of 59.59 in the 400 meters at the Eastern Illinois Big Blue Classic for an eighth place finish (3/31) ... part of fifth-place 4x400m relay team that 3:50.74 at the Indiana State Gibson Invitational (4/09) ... ran a 25.34 for fifth place in the 200m and a 57.35 for seventh in the 400m at the Oakland University Invite (4/16) ... member of 4x400m relay team that finished fourth with a time of 3:43.89 at the Mid-American Conference Championships (5/12).
2016 (Indoor Track & Field): Part of 4x400m relay team that came in second at the SVSU Holiday Open with a time of 3:54.50 (12/04/15) ... finished second in the 400m at the Eastern Michigan Triangular with a time of 58.36 seconds (1/23) ... came in second at the SVSU Jets Pizza Invitational with a 56.56 in the 400 and took seventh place in the 200m with a mark of 25.74 seconds (1/29).
