Clark Joslin joined the Central Michigan Volleyball coaching staff in 2023 and was retained by Head Coach Arielle Wilson for her inaugural season in 2025.
In his time with the Chippewas, Joslin has helped coach five All-MAC athletes (three First Team, two Second Team) and two All-Freshman Team honorees. During the 2024 season, his primary focus was on blocking, where he helped develop senior pin hitter Krystina Kasson to average 0.76 blocks per set — ranking third among all pin-blockers in the conference.
In his current role, Joslin works with the program’s pin hitters, serves as camp director, leads statistical analysis, and manages scheduling and operations.
Joslin played an integral role for the team in the success of the program for his first two seasons on staff, contributing to a 15-15 overall record (9-9 MAC) in 2023 and the program’s winningest season since 1985 in 2024, finishing with 24 total wins and 15 conference victories. The 2024 team opened the season 6-0 and concluded the non-conference stretch with a 9-3 record.
Prior to Central Michigan, Joslin graduated from Michigan State University in 2023 with a degree in Film Studies and Spanish. Joslin also worked for the Michigan State Women’s Volleyball team on campus for the 2021 and 2022 seasons as an undergraduate assistant and practice player for those two seasons.
While at MSU, he was a four-year member of the men’s club volleyball team as an outside hitter, serving as Club President in 2021-22 and a member of the executive board for three years. He was named Second-Team All-American by the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation in 2023 and earned All-Big Ten Men’s Volleyball Association honors twice (2022 First Team, 2021 Honorable Mention).
