2022-23 (Indoor) (at Grand Valley): Ran the 800 in personal record time (2:28.52) at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open for 16^th place … placed second in the mile event at the GVSU Tune Up (Feb. 17) with a personal record time of 5:22.96.

2022 (Outdoor) (at Grand Valley): Participated in the 800m at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (April 22-23), finished 24^th with a time of 2:28.98.

2021-22 (Indoor) (at Grand Valley): Placed third in the 4x400 at the GVSU Tune Up (Feb. 18) with a time of 4:20.37 … placed seventh in the mile with 5:17.09.
