2023 (Outdoor): Ran five meets competing in the 100m, 200, 100 hurdles, 4x100 and 4x400 … competed in three events in the Mid-American Conference Championships (May 11-13), setting two personal records … ran the 100 hurdles in 14.45, 4x100 in 46.26 and 4x400 in 3:49.41 … placed sixth in the 100m with 12.35 at Oakland’s Golden Grizzly T&F Invite … ran the 200m in 25.12 for a ninth-place finish at Louisville’s Clark Wood Invitational.

2023 (Indoor): Competed in the 60, 200, 4x400 relay and 60 hurdles at five meets … set a personal record of 7.60 in the 60m for a third-place finish at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 21) … won the 200m event at the Jack Skoog Open with a time of 25.12 … set a personal record of 8.66 in the 60 hurdles at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Feb. 24-25) … placed second at MAC Championships in the 4x400 with a time of 3:50.52.

2022 (Outdoor): Participated in six meets in the 100m, 200m, 100 hurdles, 4x100 and 4x400 events … set a 100m personal record of 12.05 to place second at the BSU- We Fly Challenge (April 15-16) … posted a 24.79 personal best in the 200m and ran the 4x100 in 46.03 at Louisville’s Clark Wood Invitational (April 29-30) … set a 100 hurdles personal record of 14.42 at the Mid-American Conference Championship (May 12-14) … finished second in the 4x400 at the MAC Championships with a time of 3:41.13.

2022 (Indoor): Competed in the 60, 200, 400, 4x400 relay and 60 hurdles through six meets … ran a 48.59 personal best in the 400 at the Grand Valley Big Meet (Feb. 11) … took second in the 60 with 7.77 at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 29) … ran the 200 in 25.30 at Notre Dame’s Meyo Invitational (Feb 4-5) … made an 8.90 finish in 60 hurdles and 3:50.88 in the 4x400 at the Mid-American Conference Championship (Jan. 25-26).

2021 (Outdoor): Posted a personal record 25.24 in the 200 at the Mid-American Conference Championships (May 7-8) ... ran a leg on winning 4x400 relay team at the Gibson Inv. (April 16-17) and at the Louisville Inv. (April 2-3) ... placed fifth in the 100 hurdles and was seventh in the 200 at the Louisville Inv. ... ran a personal record 1:06.24 in the 400 hurdles at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (March 25-27) ... ran a personal record 14.93 in the 100 hurdles at the Bobcat Inv. 2020-21 (Indoor): Placed fifth in the 4x400 relay at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Feb. 26-27) ... placed eighth in the distance medley relay at the MAC Championships ... ran a personal record 9.01 in the 60 hurdles at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12) ... won the 60 hurdles at the CMU Jack Skoog Inv. (Feb. 6) ... placed second in the 4x400 relay at the Jack Skoog Inv. ... posted a personal record in the 200, finishing in 25.95, and placed sixth in the 60 hurdles at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 23) ... won the 60 hurdles and the 4x400 relay and placed second in the 200 in a dual with Western Michigan (Jan. 16).
