Matt Sprague joined Central Michigan Athletics in May, 2024 and serves as a strength and conditioning coach working with the Chippewa baseball, soccer and football programs.

Sprague earned a bachelor of science degree with a major in exercise science from Slippery Rock in 2023 and is a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Before arriving at CMU, Sprague completed internships Penn State, Michigan and Pittsburgh and performed graduate assistant work at Youngstown State.
