One of the most exciting baseball players in CMU history... a second-team Academic All-America in 1984... twice named to the All-Mideast Region First Team... a two-time first-team All-Mid-American Conference and two-time Academic All-MAC selection... ranked first in career triples (18), third in career runs (175), fourth in hits (216) and stolen bases (85), fifth in total bases (333) and batting average (.369)... scored a school single-season record 75 runs... ranked third in single-season batting average (.434, 1984) and fourth in stolen bases (38, 1985)... hit two grand slams in a win at Florida Southern in 1985.
