Football Tailgate Outings Slated

MOUNT PLEASANT--The CMU alumni relations office has a pair of tailgate gatherings scheduled before the Eastern Michigan and Northern Illinois road football games.

Nov. 4: Alumni and friends in the metro Detroit area are invited to a tailgate party before the CMU vs. Eastern Michigan University football game in Ypsilanti. Meet CMU President Michael Rao, and celebrate with family and friends. The event begins at 11 a.m. Cost is $6 per person and includes sub sandwiches, salads, beverages and desserts. Register online or call the alumni relations office at (800) 358-6903. Registration deadline is Oct. 30.
Nov. 18: Alumni and friends in the Chicago area are invited to a pre-game brunch before the CMU vs. Northern Illinois football game. The brunch begins at 10 a.m. at the Hyatt Hotel in Lisle, Ill. Cost is $8 per person. Make reservations online online or by calling the alumni relations office at (800) 358-6903. Registration deadline is Nov. 10.
