Burke, who earned second team All-MAC honors last year, leads the Chippewas with a .372 (42-113) batting mark and nine doubles. She also has 13 RBI and one home run. Burke hit .394 in conference games.

Nicole Weston (Grand Ledge/Sr.) and Becky Manson (Rockford/So.) were named to the second team. Weston got the nod at the designated player spot and Manson was an at-large selection.
Weston, who earned first-team All-MAC honors in 1997 and second team in 1998, is hitting .296 (29-98) with seven doubles, three home runs and 14 RBI.
Manson has started all season at shortstop and going into the MAC tourney is hitting .285 (37-13) with eight doubles, two triples and nine RBI. She was named to All-MAC first team and was tabbed the MAC "Freshman of the Year" last season.
