Allen Ollenburger’s 48-yard catch in the first quarter was the longest of his career.
CMU has been held scoreless in the first quarter for five consecutive games. The Chippewas have been out-scored 38-3 on the season in the opening period. The only first quarter points came via a 21-yard Rick Albreski field goal in the season opener against
Obed Cétoute’s touchdown grab in the second quarter was his first of the season and third of his career. He caught a second touchdown pass in the third quarter to double his career total.

Bazuin was also credited with two sacks on Saturday night, giving him 29 career sacks and 54.5 career tackles for loss. Both are CMU records. He is tied for fourth all-time in the MAC in sacks and 10th in tackles for loss.
