MOUNT PLEASANT Portions of the Mid-American Conference Football Media Day will be streamed live online through the conference’s official Web site, mac-sports.com.
Media day festivities will take place Wednesday at Ford Field in downtown Detroit. Fans can watch live interviews with coaches and players from all 13 MAC programs, as well as former NFL linebacker Chris Spielman, between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
CMU head coach Butch Jones, senior linebacker Ike Brown and sophomore quarterback Dan LeFevour are slated to appear from 10:40-10:50 a.m. Spielman will be interviewed beginning at 10:10 a.m.
The XOS MAC Football Kickoff Luncheon will also be streamed live beginning at noon Wednesday. Fans will hear more from the league’s head coaches along with MAC Commissioner Rick Chryst and Spielman.
Both events will be available for free through mac-sports.com.
