Spring Football Game Set for April 19

MOUNT PLEASANT Central Michigan University will host its spring football game Saturday, April 19 at Kelly/Shorts Stadium. The game is tentatively slated for 6 p.m.
The spring game will serve as the last of 15 spring practice dates for the two-time defending Mid-American Conference champions. The Chippewas open spring drills on Tuesday, March 18.
Spring practices are closed to the general public. Any 1100 Club members interested in attending a practice should contact Max Glowacki at 989-774-4385 or at chipfootball@cmich.edu.
The public is invited to attend CMU’s Night of Champions on March 13 in the Indoor Athletic Complex. The Night of Champions serves as the culmination of the team’s winter strength and conditioning program and features members of the program competing against one another in a variety of different events. More information on the Night of Champions will be made available in the near future.
