Fall Camp Opens Next Week

MOUNT PLEASANT - Preseason camp for the Central Michigan football program opens on Thursday when the 2010 Chippewas report to campus.
Players begin checking in at noon Thursday, with the first team meeting of the season slated for 3 p.m. The team hits the practice field for the first time Friday afternoon.
CMUChippewas.com will provide complete coverage of preseason camp, including highlights and reaction following intrasquad scrimmages on Aug. 14 and Aug. 21, media day on Aug. 17 and regular updates throughout the course of preseason drills.
Fall semester classes begin at CMU on Monday, Aug. 23. The season opener against Hampton kicks off at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 2.
