Nine Named Academic All-MAC

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- Nine Central Michigan baseball players were named Academic All-Mid-American Conference by the league on Friday.
To qualify for the team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative 3.2 grade point average and participate in at least 50 percent of his team's contests.
Those Chippewas named to the team, with year, GPA and major: Tyler Huntey, senior, 3.51; Pat MacKenzie, senior, 3.48; Logan Regnier, senior, 3.30; Nick Regnier, junior, 3.37; Sean Renzi, junior, 3.69; Jimmy McNamara, junior, 3.33; Ryan Heeke, junior, 3.85; Adam Aldred, junior, 3.20; Colton Bradley, freshman, 3.43.
Logan Regnier and Nick Regnier are repeat honorees.
