CMU Puts 4 on Academic All-MAC Softball Team

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- Four members of the Central Michigan softball team were named to the Academic All-Mid-American Conference team.
To qualify for the team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative 3.2 grade point average and participate in at least 50 percent of her team's contests.
Those Chippewas named to the team, with year, GPA and major: Trista Cox, senior, 3.69, finance; Kristen Goodall, sophomore, 3.27, exercise science; Karly Hansen, senior, 4.0, English; Kristen Kuhlman, senior, 3.77, biology/biomedical sciences.
It marks the third consecutive year that Cox has earned all-academic honors from the conference. Kuhlman received honorable mention in 2014.
