SETTING THE SCENE
• The Central Michigan field hockey team continues its quest for its first victory of the season as they entertain Yale on Friday (3 p.m.) at the CMU Field Hockey Complex.
LAST WEEK
• The Chippewas dropped a 1-0 decision to Saint Louis in their home opener last weekend.
CMU FACTS
• CMU goalkeeper Lily Amadio logged seven saves against the Billikens to bring her season total to 45. She is averaging 7.5 per game, which ranks second among Mid-American Conference goalkeepers.
• Jasmine Banks has recorded one goal and two assists to lead CMU with four points.

• Yale (2-1) logged a 5-2 win against Hofstra on Sunday. The Bulldogs opened the season with a 6-2 win over Sacred Heart, then fell to Quinnipiac, 4-2.
• Senior Carol Middough leads Yale with nine points (four goals, one assist).
